Please Note:

• We are grateful for each and every order. Please know, orders will be filled in the order they are received. 
• It is up to the consumer to be aware of allergies to ingredients listed in out products. We do not process returns, nor are we liable for skin irritation that may occur from product use. However, please know that we work very diligently to list each ingredient for you to investigate on your own to make sure that a product is the right fit before you ever place your order.
•  To the best of our ability, we will answer questions in our email, cliodhnabodyco@gmail.com to help direct you in choosing products that fit your needs. 
• Our products are preservative, fragrance, and chemical free. They may melt or need to be stirred after shipping. They are NATURAL products that come from plants. If there is a speck of plant matter in your product, that is normal. Our facility is clean and sanitary and your products will never contain anything that is not supposed to be in them. 
• We encourage helpful communication from customers but will not respond to meanness. Our company exists to make your body care routine as healthy and affordable as possible and we are always happy to respond to questions, concerns or suggestions.
• Our products contain seed, nut, and plant oils of many varieties so if you have a nut allergy, we are not able to accommodate that as we do not have separate equipment to process allergy-free products at this time. We apologize in advance and hope to expand in the future to be able to provide products produced on designated allergy-free equipment. 
• Our products are not intended to cure any condition, nor are we doctors that can treat anyone for any condition. We will do our best to provide healthy products that may help with the symptoms of certain skin and bodily conditions but we make NO GUARANTEE that every person will experience the same effects of our products. 
• Our products have been tested on multiple skin types all across the United States and we never sell a product that has not first been tested and reviewed in multiple climates, on multiple skin types, and on multiple age groups. 
• We believe in a holistic approach to body care. We recommend all of our customers to look into living as naturally as possible, stay hydrated and eat well, and reduce stress where possible. Our products and anything else in your life you are doing for your body will work better if applied holistically. 
• Cliodhna Body Company was founded in 2023 and is based out of Sharon, SC.
